OUR MISSION

OUR VISION
Helping The Community

With this initiative, our goal is to raise enough funds through our efforts to build or buy Hazel House, a short term residential program located in nature with a community garden. This program would serve transitioning rural or homeless veterans and include peer support, evidenced based trauma/mental health groups,
holistic and creative arts groups, and individualized psychotherapy. We believe that with a caring and warm environment, structured and consciously curated transformational biopsychosocial-spiritual mental health care and access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY
Making Strong Connections

We believe that our partnerships within the framework of this program will bring together necessary resources and stimulate more participation from citizens such as us that have the knowledge and expertise to effect positive change and impact legislature.

PARTNERSHIPS
Creating Connections

We have interest in developing referral partnerships with the military installations, VA hospitals and satellite clinics and the Department of Veteran Affairs to extend this program to eligible SVMF persons. In addition, we are committed to our board of directors, clinical staff and advisors creating, consulting or forming partnerships with local community services boards and regional behavioral health centers.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Reinforcing our Commitment

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies to assist. Creating programs, workshops, events, and fundraising is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact.
